Dollarama completes private offering of $125M additional aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior unsecured notes

On April 8, 2015, Dollarama Inc. completed a private offering of $125 million additional aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior unsecured notes due May 16, 2017 (the Notes). The Notes constitute an increase to the $150 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior unsecured notes due May 16, 2017, issued by Dollarama Inc. on May 16, 2014. The Notes were offered through an agency syndicate consisting of RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc., as joint bookrunners and co-lead private placement agents, and including National Bank Financial Inc. and TD Securities Inc. 

Dollarama Inc. was led in-house by Josée Kouri, Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Assistant Corporate Secretary, and was assisted by a team from Stikeman Elliott LLP that included Robert Carelli, Aniko Pelland, Olivier Godbout and Catherine Ouellet Dupuis (corporate finance and securities) and Frank Mathieu (tax). 

The agency syndicate was represented by Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, with a team that included Stephen Kelly, Amélie Métivier, Andrei Molchynsky and Louis-Charles Filiatrault (corporate finance and securities) and Derek Chiasson (tax).
