Recent transactions include advising a bidder for the Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Operator procurement and for the Finch West LRT Project and the lenders to a bidder for the Gordie Howe International Bridge, George Massey Tunnel Replacement, Brockville Hospital, Groves Memorial Hospital and Lions Gate Water Projects.
