Réal A. Forest AdE is a partner practising litigation in commercial, regulatory, and constitutional/public law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. In 2014, Réal was granted the title Advocatus Emeritus by the Québec Bar, a title equivalent to QC. A seasoned litigator, he appeared before courts of all levels in Québec and at the federal level, and appeared in over 20 cases before the Supreme Court of Canada. He acted as Director General of the Constitutional and Human Rights Law Division of Québec’s DoJ where he supervised and handled all major constitutional files involving the Québec Government.
