Susan is partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in the Corporate, Securities and Private Equity Groups. Susan advises public and private companies and investors in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, as well as on corporate governance and compliance with securities legislation. In the M&A context, Susan has experience advising public acquirers and targets in negotiated business combinations and takeover bids, advising special committees in acquisitions and going-private transactions and advising private investors and sellers in cross-border private equity and strategic acquisitions. She also advises on debt and equity financings in the capital markets, as well as private equity and venture capital financings, working with the investing funds as well as companies raising capital.
