Keith Chatwin is a partner in Stikeman Elliott's Calgary office whose practice involves a broad array of securities and general corporate transactions, ranging from public and private debt and equity financing to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and shareholder activism and defence. Mr. Chatwin has acted in respect of a number of contested and uncontested take-over situations and a number of corporate and intercorporate arrangements, including trust conversions, spin-outs and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Chatwin is also an active member of Stikeman Elliott's Korean and Japanese Practice Groups.
