Practice includes civil and regulatory litigation, construction law, transportation, insurance and corporate commercial law. Bill has written articles and participated in seminars dealing with litigation, construction law, corporate governance and shareholder rights. He has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the Northwest Territories, as well as agencies, boards and tribunals, and in arbitrations. Past chair of the CBA Construction Law Section for northern Alberta. Past director of the Alberta Chamber of Resources.
