Edmond Lamek joined DLA Piper (Canada) LLP as a partner in the firm’s national restructuring practice group. Lamek has wide-ranging experience in all areas of Canadian and cross-border insolvency proceedings and transactions. He advises financial institutions and other secured and unsecured creditors, DIP lenders, landlords, corporate debtors, suppliers, boards of directors, purchasers, interim receivers, among others. Lamek is currently acting for three major landlords in the Sears Canada Inc. CCAA proceedings.
