Jennifer Stam moved her restructuring practice to Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP, where she is now counsel. She was previously a partner at Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP and, prior to that, at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP. Stam played a key role in the representation of Nortel Networks Corp. in its complex, multi-jurisdictional restructuring, which closed in May after an eight-year process. She was also monitor counsel in the restructuring of Sino-Forest, which closed in 2013. Stam won a Lexpert Zenith Award in 2011.
