On February 7, 2018, Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc. completed the sale of a 50-per-cent interest in one of the leading shopping centres in Canada, being Fairview Mall in Toronto, to 404 & Sheppard LP.

On February 7, 2018, Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc. completed the sale of a 50-per-cent interest in one of the leading shopping centres in Canada, being Fairview Mall in Toronto, to 404 & Sheppard LP.
