Thompson Dorfman Sweatman announced the addition of Dan Robillard to the firm. Robillard practises in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions, including subdivisions of land, leasing, and buying and selling commercial buildings. His other main area of experience is with mergers and acquisitions, including share and asset purchases.
The firm also recently welcomed partner Frank Lavitt and Associate Leo Palay. Lavitt’s practice is restricted exclusively to corporate and commercial, tax, tax dispute resolution, wills, estates, corporate governance, charities and not-for-profits and trust law. Palay works closely with both established private businesses and start-up businesses in order to maximize tax efficient growth while protecting the interest of the founders.
