Aaron Atkinson joined Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP as a partner. He brings nearly 20 years of experience advising clients across industry sectors in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate finance, capital markets and securities, and corporate governance matters. He has advised on some of the country’s most high-profile M&A transactions and proxy contests, as well as financing transactions. Recently, he acted for TSXV-listed Automodular Corp. in its reverse takeover by HLS Therapeutics Inc.
