Callaway Golf Acquires Top-Flite Gold Co.

On September 15, 2003, Carlsbad, California-headquartered Callaway Golf Co. completed the court-approved acquisition of the Top-Flite Golf Co. and its foreign subsidiaries, including its Canadian subsidiary, Top-Flite Canada Inc., for US$169.294 million.
