Carol Hansell of Hansell LLP is now leading the Business Law Advisory Council as Chair
Carol Hansell, founding partner of Hansell LLP, is now leading the Business Law Advisory Council as Chair, after being appointed by the Ontario government for a term of up to three years. The Council will make recommendations to modernize the business law framework in Ontario. In her practice, Hansell provides legal counsel in all areas of corporate governance. She advises boards, management teams, institutional shareholders and regulators. She serves on many boards including the International Corporate Governance Network.
