CDP Capital - Mortgages, an affiliate of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, completed a $145 million first mortgage term financing of Tour Bell on December 13, 2002. Tour Bell is located in downtown Montreal, and is owned by an affiliate of Delek-Balron Canada Inc.
