He brings nearly two decades of experience providing clients with strategic legal advice on their intellectual property portfolios, and litigation support for infringement and misappropriation actions. He has specific expertise in negotiating the intellectual property aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, and is a registered patent and trademark agent with expertise in industrial designs. He was significantly involved in representing Nortel in the sale of its patent portfolio, worth $4.5 billion.
