DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Stephen Wintermute to the firm’s Vancouver office as an associate in the Securities & Capital Markets Group. Wintermute has a general corporate commercial law practice with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and commercial arrangements. He has worked on a wide range of share and asset purchase transactions and advises clients on compliance matters, corporate governance and corporate structuring. He joins DLA Piper after working in the Calgary office of a prominent national firm, where he maintained a corporate commercial law practice and assisted domestic and international clients with high-profile transactions.
