Gilles Leclerc has joined Fasken Martineau Dumoulin LLP as Counsel, Leader of Securities Knowledge Management, as part of the Corporate/Commercial Law group. He returns to the firm after serving as Senior Director of corporate finance and then as Superintendent of Securities Markets, and a member of the executive committee of the Autorité des marchés financiers. While so employed he supervised the development and implementation in Québec of securities regulations governing capital markets, derivatives and market structures.
