Fogler, Rubinoff LLP announced that Tim Duncan has joined the Toronto-based firm as partner in its insolvency and restructuring group, effective July 13. Duncan is a litigator who is experienced in advising debtors and creditors under operational and financial distress, in commercial re-organizations, bankruptcies, receiverships and restructurings proceedings under the CBCA, CCAA and BIA.
