Gallagher Benefit Services (Canada) Group Inc., a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., acquires the DiBrina Group

On October 4, 2017, Gallagher Benefit Services (Canada) Group Inc., a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG), completed its acquisition of substantially all the assets of the DiBrina Group. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

The DiBrina Group provides human resources, employee benefits, pension consulting and life insurance consulting and brokerage services to clients throughout Ontario. Headquartered in Sudbury, the DiBrina Group also has offices in Toronto and New Liskeard, Ont. The addition of the DiBrina Group represents a material expansion of AJG’s benefits business in Canada. 

AJG, an international insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, is headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, has operations in 34 countries, and offers client service capabilities in more than 150 countries around the world through a network of correspondent brokers and consultants.
