Gary Rosen moved to Miller Thomson LLP, where he is now a partner in the firm’s labour and employment practice group. Rosen mainly acts in discipline, hiring, and restructuring files as well as in traditional labour law matters such as certifications and collective bargaining. He also has extensive experience in commercial litigation. Past high-profile cases include acting as lead counsel to the NHL and the Club de Hockey Canadien Inc. during the 2005 and 2012 lockouts, and acting on a dispute involving fraudulent conduct by a minority shareholder.
