Annie Lespérance, FCIArb, has joined Bentham IMF as Legal Counsel. She will assess commercial litigation and arbitration matters in which clients seek funding to manage the cost or risk of pursuing a claim. Previously she practised as a lawyer at Cabinet Yves Fortier and at the Permanent Court of Arbitration, where she acted as Secretary to Arbitral Tribunals in international commercial, investor-state and sports arbitration disputes. She has been appointed as an arbitrator and is a member of several arbitration rosters
