Innergex and MRC de Riviére-du-Loup Complete Financing of Viger-Denonville Project

Parc éolien communautaire Viger-Denonville, s.e.c., a limited partnership held by Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. and the MRC de Rivière-du-Loup, has closed a $61.7-million non-recourse construction and term project financing for the Viger-Denonville wind energy project located in Quebec. This financing has been arranged by KfW IPEXBank GmbH as agent and lender.

Innergex was represented by Nathalie Théberge, its senior director, corporate legal affairs and corporate secretary, and by Mathieu Compagnat, Innergex legal counsel; and by a team from McCarthy Tétrault LLP under the supervision of Marc Dorion (energy and project financing), led by Richard O'Doherty (energy and project financing) and composed of Louis-Nicolas Boulanger (energy and project financing), Laurent Gauthier (project financing), Danielle Drolet (real estate), Sébastien Thomas (real estate and municipal matters), Martin Boodman, Marie-Pier Gosselin (real estate) and Dominique Amyot-Bilodeau (environment).
