Leila Rafi relocated her corporate and securities law practice to McMillan LLP, where she is now a partner. Rafi frequently acts for investment dealers conducting transactions in the capital markets (both domestic and cross-border). She also advises on a wide range of matters including D&O indemnification and corporate governance. In addition, she has experience advising the gaming industry. In her previous role at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, she co-led the modernization project at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.
