Asim Iqbul practices Insolvency and Financial Restructuring law, guiding a client through informal workouts, formal restructuring proceedings and special situations, with particular expertise in troubled construction projects and cross-border insolvency matters. Jaclyne Reive provides Corporate, Commercial and transport regulatory advice to clients. Sasha Segal acts for employers in the provincial and federal sectors, providing Employment and Labour law advice in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces. Christine Morano practises health law and advises public and private health industry clients on a broad range of matters. Jaspal Sangha is building a broad litigation practice encompassing Insurance Litigation and Commercial Litigation, with a focus on Professional Negligence and Commercial General Liability in Insurance Litigation.
