MLT Aikins LLP announced that Britt Redenbach has joined the firm as counsel in its Vancouver office, effective Sept. 14. Redenbach’s practice focuses on capital markets and securities law, corporate/commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. She also has experience in private and public equity and debt financings, going public/private transactions, reorganizations, capital restructurings, stock exchange listings, disclosure obligations and insider reporting.
