St. Lawrence Cement Acquires Indirect Subsidiary of Lafarge

St. Lawrence Cement Inc. acquired the aggregate, construction and asphalt paving businesses of TCG Inc. and TCG Asphalt and Construction Inc. from an indirect subsidiary of Lafarge SA, for an undisclosed amount, on November 12, 2001.
