Stéphanie Lapierre, former co-chair of the commercial litigation practice at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, joined Stikeman Elliott LLP as a partner. She represents reporting issuers around internal investigations instituted in response to whistleblowers, as well as with those instituted by the AMF. Lapierre also represents clients following alleged infractions to the Securities Act, including insider trading, tipping, and inadequate or misleading disclosure of material information. She is Vice-Chair of the CBA’s Business Law Section’s Commercial Litigation Committee.
