On May 8, 2008, OMERS Realty Corporation, a direct wholly owned real estate subsidiary of OMERS Administration Corporation, completed an offering of AAA-rated $400 million Series C Debentures and $200 million Series D Debentures. The Series C Debentures and the Series D Debentures were both offered on a private placement basis in Canada and are unconditionally guaranteed by OMERS Administration Corporation. The Debentures were placed by a syndicate of agents led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., TD Securities Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., and Scotia Capital Inc.
