Abengoa, S.A. through its information technology subsidiary Telvent Sistemas y Redes, S.A. acquired the network management solutions division of Metso Corporation on January 31, 2003. The subsidiaries acquired from Metso Corporation, report annual sales of US$60 million and employ over 400 people at their facilities in Calgary, Houston and Baltimore.
