On September 30, 2008, Newport Partners Income Fund sold 100 per cent of the assets of EZEE ATM LP, Canada's second-largest full-service independent provider of Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), operating more than 3,800 ATMs across the country, to Access Cash General Partnership for a purchase price of $41.2 million. Bank of Montreal provided financing for the transaction.
