Etobicoke, Ontario-headquartered ADP Canada Co., an affiliate of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. acquired Toronto-headquartered Dataphile Software Ltd., a leading provider of real-time, straight-through processing solutions for broker/dealers in Canada. The deal closed on June 20, 2003, and its value is undisclosed. The acquisition adds a broker desktop application and an Internet trading front end to ADP Canada’s existing suite of products.
