ADT acquires Reliance Protectron

The ADT Corp acquired Reliance Protectron Inc. from Reliance Comfort Limited Partnership, a portfolio company of investment funds managed by Alinda Capital Partners, for an all-cash deal worth $555 million.

The ADT Corporation was represented by an in-house legal team including David Bleisch (Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary), Dean Roy (Senior Corporate Counsel) and Lee Jackson (Vice President and Associate General Counsel).
