Affinia Group Enters into US$315M Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facilities

On August 13, 2009, Affinia Group Inc. and certain of its US and Canadian subsidiaries entered into US and Canadian senior secured revolving credit facilities in the aggregate amount of US$315,000,000. The facilities were agented by Bank of America N.A. (BofA) as administrative agent, Barclays Capital and Wells Fargo Foothill LLC, as co-syndication agents and JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as co-documentation agents. The Affinia Group is a leader in the design, manufacture, marketing and distribution of on and off highway motor vehicle replacement parts and services whose primary products include filtration, braking systems and chassis components.
