On February 1, 2011, AGF Management Limited completed its acquisition of 100 per cent of Acuity Funds Ltd. and Acuity Investment Management Inc. for $339 million, a portion of which is deferred and subject to an adjustment based on assets under management over a three-year period from the date of closing.
