Montreal-based AlterSys Inc., sold its business consisting of industrial software development to a new Canadian subsidiary of ICS Triplex, a U.K.-based company. The transaction closed on January 10, 2003, and resulted in the creation of ICS Triplex ISaGRAF Inc. as the Canadian purchaser of AlterSys’ business. All transaction amounts are confidential.
ICS Triplex was represented in Canada by Jean Setlakwe of Ogilvy Renault, and in the U.K., by Matthew Flinton of Addleshaw Booth & Co. AlterSys and its shareholders were represented by Maxime Rhéaume of Pouliot Mercure.
