Peter Noble and Susan Mann of Ogilvy Renault’s London office assisted Merrill Lynch International’s Transaction Management Group, led by Ben Richards and Jonathan Ross, in connection with the amendment of the province of Alberta’s euro medium term note programme on December 19, 2001, to add Alberta Municipal Financing Corporation (AMFC), an agent of the Crown, as an issuer and increase the programme limit to US$2.7 billion. Notes issued by AMFC are guaranteed by the province.
