On Apr. 6, ARC Resources Ltd. ("ARC") closed its previously announced $8.1 billion strategic Montney combination with Seven Generations Energy ("Seven Generations") to create a Montney producer and energy developer (the "Business Combination"). ARC is now Canada’s largest condensate producer, third-largest natural gas producer and sixth-largest upstream energy company.
RBC acted as exclusive financial advisor to ARC, while CIBC acted as exclusive financial advisor to Seven Generations.
