The Calgary office of Bennett Jones represents Maritimes and Northeast Pipeline Limited Partnership in the development and financing of a $1. 8 bn. natural gas pipeline which will run from Goldbora, Nova Scotia to Dracut, Massachusetts. Recent financing of the Canadian portion of the pipeline took place by way of $260,000,000 6. 90% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 and the securing of credit facilities and loans of up to $712,261,000.
