On July 2, 2002, Atlas Tube Inc., a leading Canadian manufacturer of hollow steel structural sections with operations in Harrow, Ontario and Plymouth, Michigan, closed its secured debt financing with a syndicate of lenders led by GMAC Commercial Credit Corporation-Canada and Comerica Bank, Canada branch.
