Bank of America's Asset-Based Revolving Credit Facility in Favour of Intertape Polymer

On March 28, 2008, Intertape Polymer Group Inc. and certain of its Canadian and US affiliates, a group that specializes in developing and manufacturing a variety of polyolefin plastic and paper-based packaging products, as well as complementary packaging systems for industrial and retail use, entered into US$200 million senior secured Canadian and US asset-based credit facilities.
