Fraser Milner Casgrain acted for Bank of Montreal on the sale of 13 rural branches in the Province of British Columbia with over $500 million in funds under administration to Credit Union Central of British Columbia. The sale entailed staged, per-branch closings occurring over a period from September 22 to November 3, 2000.
