Barrick Gold Corporation entered into a US$4 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility with a syndicate of lenders led by RBC Capital Markets, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley MUFG Loan Partners, LLC as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners. Barrick and its subsidiaries can borrow under the facility in Canada, the United States and Australia.
