On May 2, 2002, Basis100 Inc. entered into a $10 million bought deal financing with an underwriting syndicate comprised of Griffiths McBurney & Partners, CIBC World Markets Inc. and Haywood Securities Inc. Pursuant to the deal, Basis100 agreed to sell 3,333,334 units, each unit consisting of one common share in the capital of Basis100 and one common share purchase warrant, at $3 per unit.
