On March 8, 2007, BCE Inc. completed an exchange with Motient Corporation of BCE's equity interests in TerraStar Networks Inc., a company that will offer satellite-based mobile communication services, and TerreStar Global Ltd., for 9,031,213 shares of publicly traded common stock of Motient. The amount is undisclosed.
