Informission Group Inc., a rapidly growing public company providing exclusive solutions for the WEB as well as for the integration of information systems and for the telecommunications industry, has recently completed the acquisition of Intellia Inc., a majority owned subsidiary of Communications Quebecor Inc., and a Canadian leader in new business communications. Concurrently with the closing of this acquisition, Communications Quebecor Inc. completed a partial take over bid in respect of shares of Informission Group Inc. Following the closing of this transaction, Communications Quebecor owns approximately 57% of all issued and outstanding shares of Informission Group Inc. The total value of these transactions is approximately $150 million.
