Blackwood Partners Inc. (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Real Estate Investment Management Services) purchased from Hopewell Developments three warehouse/logistics facilities in Brampton, Ontario, by one of its pension fund clients. The total purchase price was approximately $75 million. The last purchase was completed on January 10, 2003.
