Bank of Montreal updated its US$7 billion Euro medium term note program on December 21, 2004. The co-arrangers were Lehman Brothers International (Europe) and Bank of Montreal, London. The other dealers for the program were BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc, Merrill Lynch International and Morgan Stanley & Co. International Ltd.
