On October 24, 2005, Boeing Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, completed the sale of the assets and undertaking of its operations in Arnprior, Ontario to Arnprior Aerospace, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Industries Inc. The purchase price was not disclosed.
