On October 29, 2004, Bombardier Capital Ltd. closed a $350 million securitization arranged by Citibank, NA. The notes issued by a foreign conduit managed by Citibank were backed by a pool of floorplan financing receivables originated in Canada by Bombardier Capital Ltd.
