Bombardier Inc. closed a US$200 million securitization arranged by Citibank, N.A. The notes issued by a Citigroup administered conduit, the securitization vehicle, were backed by a pool of trade receivables originated by Bombardier and certain of its U.S. subsidiaries. The deal closed on January 31, 2003.
